It all starts here! This is an in-depth process of sharing information. This is the first step needed to create a Fitness Plan that will meet your needs and get the desired results you want. During this session you will also learn on how to raise your metabolism and what it takes to lose those unwanted pounds. We will discuss your lifestyle, weight history, eating and exercise patterns. We will explore some of the barriers you may have encountered with previous attempts to change your lifestyle. We will also establish specific goals to begin working on together. With the right Fitness Plan you will immediately start a successful journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Assessment

Full functional movement, core and range of motion assessment. To effectively design an individualized program meeting your goals, we must first assess your ability to move in all planes of motion, assess core strength and weakness and identify the short tight muscles and the long weak muscles. These results along with your goals will provide us with the ability to design a safe effective program. Components of your program will include all/some of the following: Static or dynamic warm-up, flexibility training, corrective exercise techniques, stability training, FUNctional training, balance, strength and power training. With our Personal Fitness Programs you will meet with a personal trainer 1, 2, or 3 times a week depending upon your goals and time available to exercise. This fitness program is only for people who are serious about their goals and are ready to reshape their body, increase their strength, and eliminate that unwanted body fat!
